Kittrell Elementary School is having an event to teach their students skills they can use in life beyond school and testing. This event was inspired by the "Amazing Shake" that is conducted at The Ron Clark Academy (RCA) in Atlanta. However, Kittrell will only have three rounds (See more HERE).

All 4th and 5th grade students will have a chance to interact with local business professionals. They will have thirty seconds to make a great first impression in the first round. They will be scored on their confidence, eye contact, hand-shake and conversation skills.

The top ten students will move on to round two which will be a boardroom setting. The students will be given a topic to persuade the panel.

The third and final round will take place Thursday and will consist of the top three students being swept away to downtown Murfreesboro to WGNS Radio for a live broadcast with Bryan Barrett that Thursday morning. Keep in mind that if you are a parent, you should keep quiet about the top students being on the air with Bryan as they don't know that is where the final round takes place.
