A 32-year old Murfreesboro man has been charged with “Maintaining a Dwelling for the Sale of Narcotics.” The arrest took place at 207 West Lokey Avenue. The Murfreesboro Police Gang and Narcotics Units served a search warrant at the home and took Charles Franklin into custody in the process. Only one baggie of crack cocaine was seized in the process, but that led to the additional charge of felony possession of a schedule two drug.

Franklin is not being released from the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center at this point. Apparently he is wanted out of another county.
