Suspect in Wilson County Fatality Arrested in Murfreesboro

A 21-year old man accused of being the driver of a vehicle that wrecked in February leaving a Mt. Juliet woman deceased in Wilson County was arrested in Murfreesboro this past weekend (5/18/13). Tacola M. Seay was apprehended by Murfreesboro and Lebanon officers and now faces charges of vehicular homicide by intoxication; one count of vehicular homicide by recklessness; one count of DUI; and one count of driving on a suspended license. He was charged after being indicted by a Grand Jury.

The victim who was killed in the accident this past February(2013) was Megan Carter. The wreck occurred on Interstate 40 in Wilson County.  Seay bonded out of the Wilson County jail about an hour after his arrest on Saturday.
