The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation continues to investigate a "domestic complaint" at the home of Rutherford County Sheriff Robert Arnold. The incident was reported on Monday evening (9/5/16).

Josh DeVine with the TBI previously told WGNS that Special Agents are investigating the circumstances surrounding the report of the domestic complaint.

Then on Thursday of this week (9/15/16), Susan Niland with the TBI stated, "The investigation remains active and ongoing. No one has been charged. We wouldn't be able to speculate as to potential charges, since the investigation is still open. "
