TBI: Endangered Child Alert - Have You Seen Them?

May 07, 2013 at 06:22 am by bryan

An endangered child alert has been issued for a 5-month-old boy in Cookeville and the Tenneessee Bureau of Investigation is asking that Broadcasters inform their listeners to be on the lookout for Ronald Flanigan who is believed to be with his parents. There is however a  court order on file for removal of the infant from the custody of his parents Ronald Collins, Jr. and Amanda Collins. In fact, a bond condition prohibits Ronald Collins from any contact with Amanda Collins and the child.

The three may be in a gold 4-door 1999 Buick Park Avenue. The vehicle may be displaying a Tennessee temporary tag of H2283Y, but it does not match the vehicle.
