Testimony continues in a lawsuit against the county filed by a former Sheriff's Department major against Sheriff Robert Arnold concerning the seizing of the Rutherford County Wrestling Club's building and equipment. Bill Kennedy is asking for 250-thousand dollars for the building they constructed at Blackman Middle School and the equipment. The trial, which started Tuesday in Circuit Court Judge Mark Roger's courtroom, is expected to continue through Friday.
