On Saturday, August 24th, The Avenue Murfreesboro will host the seventh annual Taste of Stones River from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., in support of the Primary Care and Hope Clinic. Event organizers are currently seeking adult volunteers to help with the day’s activities.  The free culinary festival will feature signature menu items from the area’s finest restaurants, live entertainment from local bands and a variety of children’s activities in the Kids Fun Zone.

“We’re in need of volunteers to help in a variety of roles including assisting with event set-up and clean-up and helping with event activities,” said June Bilbo, Taste of Stones River Committee Chair. “Volunteers will have an opportunity to be involved in a fun, family event that benefits an outstanding non-profit organization right here in our community, the Primary Care and Hope Clinic.”
