Rutherford County Juvenile Court Judge Donna Scott Davenport was the target of alleged threats. Murfreesboro Police Officer Ramona Thomas reports talking last week to a judicial assistant for the judge. She'd been told by a D-C-S case worker that threats were made.

The case worker reported to the officer that while meeting with the juvenile to sign papers, they became upset after being jailed by Judge Davenport. That's when the case worker reported hearing the suspect say if she saw the judge on the street, she would "get her."

The juvenile was scheduled to be in the judge's courtroom Monday at 1pm. Murfreesboro Police Detective Sgt. Wayne Lawson was advised of the situation.

The name of the juvenile is being withheld by NewsRadio WGNS since the case involves a minor.
