The Town of Smyrna will soon announce a permanent honor for fallen Blue Angels Pilot, Captain Jeff Kuss (ko?os).

Smyrna Mayor Mary Esther Reed, Town Manager Harry Gill and the Town Council will announce Thursday (May 18th) at 2pm plans to honor the United States Marine.

You'll recall Kuss tragically lost his life when his jet crashed a day before the Great Tennessee Air Show in Smyrna last year.

The announcement will take place at the Smyrna Event Center (100 Sam Ridley Parkway, East).
