The good news is that after the accident, the driver was able to walk away unharmed. The bad news is that the truck looked to be a total loss.

According to the U.S. Department of Transportation, the MBI Company, which is also known as Mr. Bult's Inc., has 1,144 drivers on the roads across the United States. In the past 24 months, the company has seen four fatal crashes, 56 injury accidents and 79 accidents that required towing. Those numbers boil down to 139 accidents involving MBI trucks in the past 24 months, according to the department of transportation.

The company is rated as "Satisfactory" by the government. The rating means that records indicate no evidence of substantial non-compliance with safety requirements. The satisfactory rating is the highest given by the government in the category of "Carrier Safety Rating."
