Trial to begin September 22 for accused murderer who allegedly killed a homeless man in Murfreesboro

The man charged with killing a homeless man in Murfreesboro will soon face the courts during a September 22nd trial. Charles Warner, a homeless man who stayed in Nashville and Murfreesboro, is accused of murdering 52-year-old Emad Kakhim Al Azraki.

In 2014 Robert Strange previously testified that he was drinking beer at a friend's West Main Street Apartment when the accused suspect Charles Warner and murder victim Al Azraki left to go to the Imperial Inn on Broad Street. About an hour later Warner returned. Strange stated, "He was covered in blood [talking about Warner]."Strange told the courts, "He had blood all over his face, arms and legs."
