Two women who had just wrapped up an evening meal at a Mexican Restaurant in the area of Cason Lane, called the police to report their waiter sexually assaulted them. Both women told police they were shocked by their experience.

The waiter, who was confirmed to be an employee, allegedly hugged and then fondled the females after their meal. Both women were advised of the warrants process, but at last check warrants have not been filed. The incident was labeled as a"Sexual Battery" case.
