Steven Dotson has purchased 23 acres located on 424 W. Thompson Lane (Murfreesboro, Tennessee) across the street from Siegel Schools and west of the Tennessee Miller Coliseum.

The purchase price for the land was $1,400,000 with the total developed value of the project with 112 homes to be over $35 million dollars upon completion that is projected to be a 3-4 year project.

The property has recently been annexed into the city and rezoned for 112 single family homes. The plans are to build homes ranging from 2,000-3,000 square feet with a unique modern architecture that is new to Murfreesboro.

Dotson plans to deliver homes in the $250,000 - $350,000 range. The homes will be 100% brick and stone exteriors with interior amenities of granite, modern cabinets, hardwoods, tile, marble, and stones with a designer to assist buyers with color selections.

Dotson said, "We will have several plans with bedrooms downstairs for those wishing to downsize or growing families who need bedrooms downstairs."

The entrance will be lined with a wooden plank horse fence and heavy landscaping around ponds as you enter the subdivision so no homes will be near Thompson Lane. There will be sidewalks on both sides of the road with all homes having nice landscaped yards lined with decorative black iron light poles and mailboxes.
