Funeral arrangements have been announced for a 10-year old girl from Murfreesboro who was killed in a two vehicle accident in Gladeville, Tennessee on Wednesday afternoon. Evidently the mother of the child was rounding a curve when she lost control, overcorrected and was struck by an oncoming SUV, according to the Tennessee Highway Patrol.

Killed was Linsey Weaver who attended Barfield Elementary School in Murfreesboro. Her mother, 37-year old Andrea Weaver was not seriously injured. The 12-year old brother of Linsey was also in the vehicle and had to be hospitalized after the accident. His condition has not been released. All occupants of the car were wearing their seatbelts and no charges have been filed.

The 17-year old driver of the SUV that struck the vehicle being driven by Linsey was not seriously injured.

The small child who died in the accident will be laid to rest in Eagleville on Sunday at 3.

Linsey Dawn Weaver- age 10 of Murfreesboro passed away on July 31, 2013 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

She is survived by her parents, Thomas & Andrea Weaver; brother, Zachary Weaver; paternal grandparents, Tom & Karen Weaver; maternal grandparents, Dale & Sherry Carter; paternal great grandparents, Raymond & Sarah Lasater; maternal great grandmother, Yvonne Carter; uncles & aunts, Robert & Kim Weaver, Charles(Shonna Huntsman) Weaver, Barry & Shelley Carter, April(Tony Gore) Carter; cousins, Austin Peralta, Dusty Peralta, Bryce Weaver, Reagan Weaver, Abygail Weaver, & Chloe Weaver; numerous other loving family members.

Linsey attended the Leeville Church of Christ & was to be a 4th grade student at Barfield Elememtary School in Murfreesboro, Tn.

Visitation will be held on Saturday August 3, 2013 4-8 p.m. & Sunday August 4, 2013 12 noon until funeral services at 3:00 p.m. in the Partlow Funeral Chapel on South Cumberland Street in Lebanon, TN. Bro. Doy Hollman & Uncle Myron Lasater will officiate the services. Graveside services will follow in the Rocky Glade Cemetery in Eagleville, Tn.Linsey's brother, uncles, & cousins will serve as active pallbearers.
