Murfreesboro Police are investigating a pedestrian verses vehicle accident that occurred on South Church Street in the area of Shoney's Tuesday morning around 5:50. At this point it appears as if the victim was crossing the road when struck by a vehicle.

In a twist, the victim survived the collision and reports now indicate the person only had minor injuries. Again, the victim survived and was reported to have only minor injuries.
