VERBATIM:

In April, police met with the TN Department of Corrections at the Safari Inn off of South Church Street. Once at the hotel police sought 28-year old Nicholas John Bowder. The Nashville resident was wanted for allegedly tampering with his court ordered tracking device. He was also in violation of the rules of the registry for being within 1,000 of a school setting. The Rutherford Academy is located to the left of the hotel. The specialized school offers educational services for first through 12th grade students daily and Bowder is not allowed to be near such a site.

Bowder, who is on the registry for the criminal attempt to commit aggravated sexual battery, was taken to the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center where he awaits his court date which has been set for July 15th where he is scheduled to file a plea in Circuit Court before Judge Keith Siskin.
