UPDATE: TBI Most Wanted Captured; Wanted for La Vergne Burglary

Local, state and federal investigators captured the latest addition to the state’s Top Ten Most Wanted list in Nashville. WGNS' Rafferty Cleary has more on the story....



The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation reported 20-year old Tyler Fitzgerald Raybon-Tate was taken into custody yesterday (Wednesday) morning. He was arrested at a home in Nashville without incident after U.S. Marshals received information he was in the area. Tate was wanted in Rutherford County for aggravated burglary and Davidson County for aggravated kidnapping, carjacking, evading arrest, failure to appear and two counts of violating community corrections. Last week, Tate and another individual allegedly committed an aggravated burglary at a residence in La Vergne. Then, on July 8th, Tate allegedly carjacked a red 2012 4-door Ford Escape in Nashville. He was out on bond for criminal homicide at the time. Tate remains in the Davidson County Jail.
