The State Verses Jacob Pearman case ended January 20, 2015. Pearman is the man who killed his wife inside their Blackman area home in 2013.

Many have asked, "How long Pearman will be sentenced due to the fact that he was not given the death penalty?" Rutherford County District Attorney Jennings Jones stated....

Again, Pearman will remain in prison for his entire life due to the murder, but additional sentences are pending.
