UPDATED AUDIO: Local Woman Talks About Aneurysm Despite Her Exercising Daily and Eating Healthy

General Manager of the DoubleTree Hotel in Murfreesboro Sandra Miller, knows all too well about the dangers of high blood pressure. She told us that she decided to take herself off of her prescribed blood pressure medication because she was starting to feel better after getting into shape. Miller told us about the mistake that took her a year to overcome.

Miller is this year’s Heart Walk honoree. The Heart Walk will be held at Middle Tennessee Medical Center on September 14th in Murfreesboro.
