Victim claims to have been robbed at gunpoint while inside of Murfreesboro home

A man reported an armed robbery at the home of an acquaintance in Murfreesboro. The alleged robbery occurred on Sycamore Circle.

The victim told authorities that he and several friends were at Rogers Park around 8 PM on Monday when they decided to go to a home on Sycamore Circle. While at that home, one of the men the victim was said to be with assaulted him and robbed him of his $1,000 Movado brand watch, EBT card, and $1,500 in cash. The victim told officers the subject was armed with a gun.

No arrest has been made, but the case was turned over to detectives with the Murfreesboro Police Department, according to an incident report.


On a side note, the victim refused medical treatment.
