Officer Henderson with the Murfreesboro Police Department responded to a local address near the square on Wednesday for an unknown call and once on the scene, was told that a woman attempting to post a bond was propositioned.

According to a police report, the 30-year old victim told police when she called about bonding her boyfriend out of jail a bondsman asked her to send him a few provocative pictures. Shortly after the photos were sent, the bondsman allegedly asked if that was going to be all that he gets. She then went to the actual bonding company in person.

Once the woman arrived at the company, the bondsman was said to have asked the female to perform in front of him as he watched. The victim claims that she did just that as the subject exposed himself to her. Once finished, the man allegedly accepted the money to bond her significant other out of jail. She then went home and phoned the police.

At this point an arrest has not been made and the allegations are under investigation. Because the case has yet to yield an arrest, we are not releasing the name of the accused bonding company or the bondsman at this time.
