A fire around 8:30 Monday (4/3/2017) morning broke out in a home on Greenway Drive in Walter Hill.

Rutherford County Fire Chief Larry Farley told WGNS that this was the second time they responded to the same home. The first response occurred the day before (Sunday (4/2/17). Evidently, the electric meter was removed on Sunday, but the fire occurred on Monday.

A total of 15 people were said to be living in the home and in a camper parked behind the house. Chief Farley told what time the firefighters were called to the scene on Monday morning, and the circumstances surrounding the incident . . .

(Time: 40-seconds)

UPDATE: A man by the name of Rich Moore told WGNS that the home belongs to his mother and he said that only six people were in the home. Moore also stated that two dogs perished in the blaze.
