Murfreesboro Police Vice Unit detectives served warrants at a St. Andrews Drive apartment and two local businesses for, among other things, promotion of prostitution.
Murfreesboro Police spokesman Sergent Kyle Evans tells NewsRadio WGNS that detectives, in cooperation with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and Franklin Police, served the warrants at Oasis Massage on Old Fort Parkway and Sunshine Massage on Memorial Boulevard.
He adds a warrant was served at an apartment at 910 St. Andrews Drive.
Sergeant Evans says the search warrants were obtained based on probable cause that there was evidence of the crimes of Promotion of Prostitution, Prostitution, and Impersonating a Licensed Professional.
Evidence was seized at each location. Detective David Harrison will present that evidence and the case investigative files to a Rutherford County Grand Jury for criminal indictments.
