$5,000 in damages were reported at Mister B's car wash on West Clark Boulevard at Memorial Boulevard in Murfreesboro. The incident occurred over the past two days.

A video camera at the wash shows a 2000 model Toyota Camry, white in color, park near the vending machine and then leave after a few minutes had passed. The car evidently left in a hurry. The next morning workers discovered the damage to the machine.

According to the report on file with the MPD, it appeared as if an unknown culprit was trying to break into the cash box on the car wash vending machine. In the box, $100 or less.

So far, an arrest has not been made.
