A Murfreesboro woman has been arrested for a registration violation after being pulled over on the Old Fort Parkway. Star Ann Brosamer was apparently driving on a suspended license. This was her 4th time to be charged with the same violation.

Police say the 54 year old admitted to not having a license. Police report it was suspended because she failed to satisfy past citations or charges.

When officers checked the status of her van registration, it was noted in the county computer that it had expired in March of 2014, even though the plate had a 2016 sticker on it. When asked about the new sticker on the expired tag, Brosamer told police she took it off her daughters' license plate.

The woman was not only charged with driving on a suspended license for the 4th time, but also altering or forging her current tag. The license plate was taken by Murfreesboro as evidence in the case.

The Murfreesboro woman was arrested and placed in jail under a $4,500 bond. She will face the courts on December 17, 2015.
