A 28-year old woman from Indiana and her alleged "pimp" who is originally from Indiana were arrested in Murfreesboro. The duo were taken into custody at a hotel on Armory Drive.

When police showed up at the room in question, they spoke to Jessica Scarberry who had allegedly advertised sexual services on Backpage.com. When police found over $1,000 in her hotel room, she admitted that she earned the money "through performing sexual acts on local male Johns." As for the so called "Johns," police have confiscated notebooks that contained information on her alleged clients in Murfreesboro. Officers also confiscated meth that was found in her hotel room.

Scarberry was charged with "Promotion of Prostitution and the Possession of a Schedule Two Drug."

Minutes after Scarberry's arrest, officers turned their attention to a 40-year old man from Mississippi named Frank Earl Pace. He reportedly transported Scarberry to the hotel and admitted to earning money off her proceeds as a prostitute. Police listed his occupation as being a "Pimp." He was charged with "Promotion of Prostitution, Criminal Conspiracy, Criminal Responsibility of Another, and Criminal Facilitation of a Felony."

The two will be in court on March 3, 2015.
