UPDATE: Tempers Flare Over a Customer's Shopping Cart at Murfreesboro Store - Now Charges Filed

UPDATE: A warrant has been filed in a local case involving a grocery store shopping cart and a shattered rear window.

Outside of the South Church Street Kroger Store in Murfreesboro on Sunday (10/24/21), a man reportedly broke out the rear window of a customers SUV. Reports indicate the entire situation happened, because a shopping cart was left sitting in a parking space, as explained by the victim...



Evidently, a man became so upset over another customer moving a shopping cart out of a parking space, that he allegedly broke out the rear window of the victims SUV.

Murfreesboro Police Public Information Officer Larry Flowers confirmed on Tuesday that a warrant has been filed and the suspect will be charged with Reckless Endangerment and Aggravated Assault.
