Mr. Clyde “Bug” Crutcher, age 82, of Unionville, Tennessee, passed away on Sunday, May 11, 2025 at home with his loving family by his side. Bug was a cherished husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He was a native of Williamson County, and a son of the late John Ed Crutcher and Agnes Imogene “Little Sis” Hazelwood Crutcher. Mr. Crutcher was a member of the Church of Christ and retired from the State of Tennessee, Department of Transportation. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by five brothers and one sister.
Mr. Crutcher is survived by his loving wife of 58 ½ years, Jeanette Ervin Crutcher of Unionville, TN; children, Carol (Tommy) Uzzell of Columbia, TN, Christy (Mark) Olson of Hazel Green, AL, Tim (Kandy) Crutcher of Unionville, TN; 5 randchildren, Will Uzzell, Anna (Chris) Hall, Jon Uzzell, Blake (Cassie) Crutcher, Justin Crutcher; 6 reat randchildren; sister, Margaret (Wayne) Arrington of Chapel Hill, TN.
Visitation with the family will be on Thursday, May 15, 2025 at Lawrence Funeral Home. The funeral service will be conducted at 2:30 PM on Thursday, May 15, 2025 from the Chapel of Lawrence Funeral Home with Bro. Mike Loyd officiating. Interment will follow in Bethlehem Cemetery in the Berlin Community of Marshall County, TN.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
