Friday Night Live is back to electrify the Murfreesboro Square for the 2026 season with a high-energy lineup ranging from Elton John classics to Nashville’s best R&B. Chip Walters welcomes Sarah Callender with Main Street Murfreesboro on the show. This summer, the community tradition undergoes a major shift as the stage moves to the west side of the square on Maple Street to better accommodate growing crowds and provide easier access to the new parking garage. From June through September, the heart of Rutherford County will transform into a premier destination for live music, local food, and family-friendly dancing.

Beyond the music, this episode unveils the "USA 250" Mosaic Mural project, a massive patriotic tribute featuring 650 hand-painted tiles. Residents are invited to participate in community paint days throughout May to help create a lasting piece of public art that will be officially revealed on July 3rd. Whether you're coming for the "Sip, Shop, and Stroll" events or the return of the Saturday Market, the 2026 season is set to be the most interactive yet.
