Cold & Flurries This Week

Get ready for a rude awakening, weatherwise, this week. A strong cold front will sweep across the mid-state tomorrow (Tuesday), bringing blustery conditions and arctic air. Winds Tuesday will gust over 30-miles-an-hour, with a wind chill in the 30's during the day. While a few snow flurries are possible here, it's more likely on the Cumberland Plateau. However, surface temperatures will be too warm for it to stick anywhere. By the end of the week, temperatures will moderate to seasonal norms.
