DEEP FREEZE: Wind Chill Advisory

The National Weather Service in Nashville has issued a Wind Chill Advisory... which is in effect from midnight Sunday night to 8 am CST Tuesday.

* Wind chill values... minus 5 to minus 14 degrees.

* Main impact... frigid conditions with temperatures in the single digits and wind chills as cold as 14 below zero.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Wind Chill Advisory means that very cold air and strong winds will combine to generate low wind chills. This will result in frost bite and lead to hypothermia if precautions are not taken. If you must venture outdoors... make sure you wear a hat and gloves.
