Former Subway worker accused of breaking into four Subway restaurants in Murfreesboro

One former Subway employee accused of breaking into four Subway restaurants and one entertainment business since Oct. 5 was charged Tuesday by Murfreesboro Police and Rutherford County Sheriff's detectives.

Suspect Casey Alexander McClure, 21, of Apple Cross Court in Murfreesboro was charged with five counts of burglary, possession of burglary tools, four counts of theft and five counts of vandalism by Murfreesboro Detectives Greg Flanagan and Ed Gorham and Sheriff's Detective Steve Craig.

McClure is accused of breaking into Go USA Fun Park Oct. 5 and Subways on Joe B. Jackson Parkway Oct. 5 and South Rutherford Boulevard Oct. 18 in Murfreesboro and Highway 99 in Rockvale and Epps Mill Road Oct. 11 in Rutherford County.

Detectives worked together to develop a suspect and gather intelligence. They served a search warrant at his home and recovered evidence leading to McClure's arrest.

McClure is being held in Rutherford County Adult Detention Center.
