Murph's Fun Run

(above rade) Here come Murph's friends! The rabbit you watch regularly on City TV 3 drew another great crowd for his 1-mile run. It was a great morning for the race, and the records crowds proved it.

(L-R photo ID) City School's Director Dr. Linda Gilbert and Murph talk before the race.  The remaining photos show some of the youngsters coming across the finish line and getting their award.  In addition, you can see how Murph encouraged many to dress in costume.

After the race, the Middle Half Marathon had giant inflatable units set-up for the kids to enjoy. Temps remained in the mid 60s, so the weather was perfect for any outdoor activity.
