When you are under any types of supervised probation, you can never tell when your probation officer will arrive at your home, apartment or hotel room in this case. On Monday a probation officer along with a police officer showed up at the residence of Donald Earl White. White is currently living at the Regal Inn on South Church Street.

When the police officer and probation officer arrived at the address they introduced their partner to Mr. White… a K9. The dog quickly made his way through the hotel room and focused his attention on a lamp. Inside the lamp police say they found 11 small baggies of marijuana. Matching Ziploc bags were found elsewhere in the unit along with digital scales. Needless to say Mr. White was arrested and charged with manufacturing, delivering and possession of marijuana.

Mr. White will appear in court on June 11th.
