Residents who have a revoked license are refusing court orders and continuing to drive. For the second time in as little as a week, a second person has been arrested for the 10th or more time for driving on a revoked license. Jeffery Allen Edwards was pulled over for speeding on South Church Street this past Wednesday. Police charged the 28-year old for the 10th time for driving on a revoked license and with felony possession of a schedule two drug. Evidently, Edwards had a felony amount of Roxicodone in his possession at the time of his arrest.
