Our WGNS / Rion Flowers, Coffee and Gifts Good Neighbor is 12 year old Charlie Killburger. Someone wrote, "This young man sees someone in need and figures out a way to help them. Once, he saw an elderly neighbor mowing the yard in the heat and he asked the man if he could mow instead. Another time, he ran to help a woman place her groceries in her car as it was raining outside." Today, our Good Neighbor is 12 year old Charlie Killburger.
