Driving on a suspended license for the third time was the least of Amanda Nunez's trouble when she was pulled over in Murfreesboro this week. Nunez, who is from Lebanon, Tennessee, was stopped for a turn signal violation.

Once out of the car during the stop, police asked Nunez for permission to search the car she was in, but permission was denied. The, passenger Yvette Kasal asked to retrieve a pack of smokes out of the car. Of course, police wanted to see inside the cigarette box before allowing her to light up. That was when the officer found a small amount of weed.

Police then searched the vehicle where they found a crack rock and a tin box full of pills. Needless to say, criminal charges soon followed.

Both Kasal and Nunez were charged with "Sale of a Schedule II" drug, "Possession of Drug Paraphernalia" and "Simple Possession of Marijuana." Nunez, who was wanted in Nashville for failing to attend a court date, was also charged with "Driving on a Revoked License for the 3rd time."

The two will be in court on August 27, 2015.
