A man was arrested after leading officers on a foot pursuit Monday afternoon. Anne Smith, spokesperson for the City of La Vergne, says two officers approached suspect Majibu Kisesa while he was sitting in his car on Centrepoint Way in La Vergne around 3:30 p.m. Monday (March 19).
