A woman who ran into a curb causing her tire to go flat was charged with Reckless Endangerment after police noticed a 6-year old child was in the car with her. 36-Year old Elicia Young was also charged with her second DUI when police met with her at a gas station on Old Fort Parkway. The last time Young was charged with DUI was in 2007.

When Officer Payne showed up, a Good Samaritan was on the scene changing the flat tire for Young. That was when police asked Young to undergo a field sobriety test. Evidently, she failed the test and was arrested.
