"Wreaths Across America" is starting their annual drive to sell Christmas Wreaths that will be placed on more than 7,200 graves at the Stones River National Cemetery in Murfreesboro. As of now, only about 400 wreaths have been purchased.

Last year, the Civil Air Patrol placed approximately 1,200 wreaths on the graves.

The mission of Wreaths Across America is to honor and to teach about the sacrifice our veterans made for the freedom we share. Local chapters of the Civil Air Patrol hosted the program at the Stones River National Cemetery.
