On Thursday, May 7, 2015, A Soldier's Child Foundation will present its 5th Annual Dinner Banquet at the Factory in Franklin, Tennessee. Doors open at 6:00 p.m. ASC's mission is to serve the children of fallen military personnel who have given their lives on active duty while defending the United States of America. The non profit group told NewsRadio WGNS, "We are forever indebted to the men and women who unselfishly gave their lives protecting our freedom."
A Soldier's Child provides meaningful gifts to children of fallen military personnel on their birthday. The group is also known for providing college scholarships and sending children to a summer camp with other children who have lost a parent.
The master of ceremonies as well as musical guest will be Tim Rushlow and entertaining live auction by Tennessee's own Lieutenant Governor Ron Ramsey. A delicious dinner will be provided by Five Senses Restaurant.
