Authorities continue their search for the man responsible for a Bentley Street home invasion, where the suspect impersonated an officer. During their initial search around the area, they did make another find. Around 2:30 Monday morning, Officer Love was assisting other officers working a perimeter for a K-9 track. That's when he saw a black male, walking across East Northfield Boulevard from Marco's Pizza. The officer stopped the man due to the incident that occurred on nearby Bentley Street. The subject I-D'ed himself as Levi Swan. After a check of the name, it was discovered he was wanted for a violation of parole. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center. While there, he told Officer Love his real name was Pierre Leeshawn Martin. Turns out there was also a warrent out for him under that name. The 30-year old Searcy Street man was also charged with criminal impersonation. Martin was in court for violation of parole yesterday (Tuesday) and will be in court on September 16th to answer to the criminal impersonation charge.
