Annabelle Moore is our WGNS - Rion Flower Shop / Good Neighbor of the Day. We are told that this local 96-year old woman smiles and talks to everyone whom she comes in contact with. Today Mrs. Moore will be smiling even longer than usual when she receives flowers this afternoon.
