A woman by the name of Barbra Smith has been arrested in Murfreesboro for spray painting an anarchy symbol on multiple public buildings and monuments. The woman even admitted to police that she was the one who spray painted the front of the capital building in Nashville. Smith, who is 37-years of age, was charged with four counts of vandalism in Murfreesboro and faces additional charges in Nashville.
