A Rutherford County man by the name of Dustin Gregory Barksdale will soon find himself in court on Friday. The local resident is facing his 5th DUI charge. The subject was also charged with "Driving with a suspended license."

Barksdale, who is currently on bond under Bad Boys Bonding, will be in court for what is called a "Discovery Date" this Friday The Discovery is the pre-trial phase where the accused learns of evidence against him that was previously collected by police.

The follow up court date will be on August 25, 2015 for him to file his plea of "Guilty" or "Not Guilty."
