Annie Spann is the Toot's OUTSTANDING VOLUNTEER! She volunteers at First Baptist Church on East Castle Street. Mrs. Spann checks on elderly residents to see if they need anything or have errands that need running. She is an Educator's Assistant at Mitchell Neilson Elementary, and during basketball season Annie Spann regularly volunteers to work concessions. She is always helping her family, picking-up grandchildren at school and being an outstanding role model. Congratulations to Annie Spann!
