The time of year has come to begin telling ghost stories and prepare the haunted hayride at the Sam Davis Home as visitors eagerly await the chance to see or hear a ghost. The Sam Davis Home in Smyrna will be holding pre-scheduled audition times September 19th through the 23rd for Ghost Tours.
Office and Event Coordinator Meredith Lane told WGNS News, "If you are brave enough to participate, we need actors to portray ghosts, storytellers to share these hauntingly strange experiences, volunteers to create scary sound effects, and others to silently guide visitors down dark paths with flickering lanterns."
Ghost Tours will take place on Friday and Saturday nights on October 21st, 22nd, 28th, and 29th, 2011 from 7pm – 11pm. Volunteers are not required to work every night of the event; they may schedule which evenings they can participate in advance.
