The double shooting – single homicide case we told you about last week is headed to the grand jury. In the case, Charles Godspower confessed to killing 22-year old Briana Brown in Smyrna. Brown was shot when she ran to her car to get away from Godspower. Browns mother Diana Glover was then shot. Glover was taken to Vanderbilt Medical Center. Glover is still recovering from the gunshot wound she received. Brown had a restraining order against Godspower when she was shot and killed on Friday. The Smyrna couple evidently had a relationship that was riddled in domestic violence issues. The case is now in the hands of the grand jury.
