The One Stop Market on Halls Hill Pike was robbed at gun and knife point on Friday evening. The victim in the holdup told police that two black males entered the store and asked to use the restroom. The subjects then asked about candy before one of the men pulled out a rifle while the second pulled out a knife. The two men proceeded to rob the store and then fled the scene. Police do have one clue in the holdup that is quite peculiar, the robbers evidently have a sweet tooth. The incident report shows that the culprits stole Now and Later candy before running away. So far, the sweet tooth robbers have not been caught.
