Murfreesboro Police Officer Jarrod Davis responded to a call at a local business where the clerk thought a customer not only appeared intoxicated, but acted suspiciously. He gave the police a description of the man and his car. Later, Officer Davis spotted an occupied vehicle matching the description and parked in a driveway. As Officer Davis approached the parked vehicle, he noticed a strong smell of marijuana, and asked for permission to search their car: a sizable amount of marijuana was confiscated along with a loaded AK-47, much ammunition and cash.
